Yes! If you can't do the full payment up front, we can space out the payments in the following options:

2 Split Payments - 50% initial payment, 50% final payment

3 Split Payments - 35% 1st payment, 35% 2nd payment, and 30% final payment.

If you need a little more time between payments, we have the following:

4 Split Payment Plan with additional 5% of the project total - 25% 1st payment + additional 5% project total, 25% 2nd payment, 25% 3rd payment, and 25% final payment.

Good question! Depending upon the extent of said project, as in complexities, amount of collaterral, and variable timelines, my base amounts reflect a rough estimate of a minimum that you can expect to pay when cosidering working together. My package details outlined above depict what a base package entails, but again, should you require more "custom" or specific work, the starting price is subject to additional charges.

Additional expenses can be things like: font licenses, add-on services (business card designs, packaging designs, etc.) It can also be combining several offers together such as Branding + Website Services or A template and additional single custom collateral such as a logo design, etc.

All initial deposits are automatically non-refundable. That being said, our main priority is to always give each project our fullest efforts and attention to detail it deserves. If at any point you're feeling dissatisfied or need to update the trajectory of the project, let us know! Doesn't matter whether it's at the beginning, middle or end of project (tbh, please tell us before the end of a project, we'd appreciate that so much ;u;) The more communication the better. While we cannot guarantee to deliver so while we cannot guarantee specific outcomes, we’ll always fulfill our responsibilities and deliver on our commitments. Please note that deposits for booked projects are non-refundable.
